Living people [3 December 2011]

Hello, I noticed that you removed possibly living children and/or spouses from families, for example this person. Removing them from the family does not delete the pages for the people, instead it turns them into what we call "orphan pages". It is preferable to mark pages such as these with the Speedy Delete template (including a reason) so they can be deleted by an administrator. If you are the only watcher of the page, you can delete it by clicking on More>Delete.

WeRelate does have a policy regarding Living People. Instead of removing living people from families, please mark them with the Speedy Delete template. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you,--Jennifer (JBS66) 08:57, 3 December 2011 (EST)
