I had, in another forum, chased down a possible connection to the Hyslop family living at 112 Leyes Road, but could not establish a connection to my grandfather (George) at that time in 1911.

I would be most interested in pursuing a possible link to your Murphy ancestor. I have a photo of two young girls who my grandfather described as foster sisters. Apart from his mercahnt navy service, the photo is the only possession/knowledge I have about his London connections. I am not certain how to post the photo to this forum, nor given that June is living, would wish to post it publicly.
