Potts Trust [2 January 2016]

As I do not have an ancestry account I cannot see what you have there, but we did talk about two years ago and exchanged documents, I think we both have mostly the same stuff.

I am from the Purvis line, you have me in the tree you sent, via Newton Burn and Grist. As you might have seen I have found some early sources from the Alnham parish records, which maybe something you do not have and some records from Barbados but they only add confusion as the names recorded do not match those in the Potts Trust documents. I have been working my way through the tree you sent, mainly adding sources, and I have found one or two discrepancies. It does get confusing where two families with the same names live in the same village at about the same time.
