Living Persons [17 February 2014]

Please don't create family pages where one of the people is living. That is included in the policy restricting pages for living people. (A limited exception is provided for bridge families with deceased children, but such bridge families must list the living member as "unknown".)

(I fixed the places so that the place links are no longer red. Note also that WR dates use 3-char abbrevs for month.)
