Bunk [23 October 2014]

Wow, that story would make a good TV movie. Lol. I knew of part of it. It's amazing we now have the "rest of the story".

I've been doing genealogy for years and have worked on the family on werelate for several years. I lost a book I had started with a software change on ancestry and so I began to put out my genealogy on the werelate websit so it would be preserved.

Thank you for the hints! This is all new to me... I did get your email and am working on the reply. Spoke with John R. and Rosa Pollard in Gonzales, LA who, is also descended from Marcus Pollard, I believe. They live less than an hour from my home and I am going to go visit them. Really excited to see photos they have of Jack (whom you know as Bunk; he never allowed my brother and I to call him Grandfather)and hope to get to go to the Pollard reunion in Booneville (they told me about it), though I am unsure when that takes place.
