Hi,
I am new to Werelate. I have been involved in genealogy for 10 years and only do this as a hobby. Online research is not as easy as one might believe and sharing information that has taken me years to find is a very frightening experience. But here I am and I hope I'm not making a mistake!
Being able to download my Gedcom file was a blessing. It's pretty large and having to sit and type each individual in to Werelate would have been daunting. As I am finding out, duplications are not very welcome but are unavoidable. Please be patient with me as my format may not be great either as I am not a professional but do this as a hobby.
I hope I get to know a few folks here and we can share some information and hopefully make some connections.
