To sons James and Francis, personalty.

To son Henry, ex., residue of estate (except that already given son-in-law Daniel Walker), and to have charge of sons afsd. during minority. In event of his death, Daniel Walker and his wife to take charge of sd. sons. Test: Joseph James, Anthony Evans, Nicholas Lowe. 12. 103.
