In the name of God Amen I Danl Walker Senior of Talbot County Planter - being sick and Weak but of good memory praisd be God doe make this my Last Will & testament as follows which to say ----- I comend my Soule to God Who gave it me hoping thro the death and passion of my redemer to have pardon for all my sinns my Wretched body I comitt to ye Earth in hope of a Joyfull resurection and to be buried in such place with such charges as my Executors shalle thinke most ---------

FIRST - I will that all my Just Debts and funerall charges be firstly paid

2d - I give to my daughter Eliz Portlock ye wife of Abraham Portlock one shilling which will be in fulle of her part of my Estate --

3d - I Give and Bequeath to my daughter Jane Merrick the wife of John Merrick one shilling Sterling which is to be in fulle of her part of my Estate --

4 - I Give and Bequeath unto my Sonnes Daniel Wm and Charles Walker and to my Daughter Mary Walker all the rest of my Goods Chattells & Credits to be equally divided among my said three sonnes Danl Wm and Charles and my daughter Mary --

Lastly I make and ordain my two Sonnes Danl Walker and Wm Walker Extrs of this my Last Will and testament revoking all other wills made whether by word or writing In Witness whereof I have published and declared this to be my ---- this 20th day of Sept in ye first year of the reign of Anne by the Grace of God etc. Anno 1702

The inventory of the Estate of Daniel Walker, Senior was returned on 29 Jan 1704 and valued at 68 L 16 S 9 D, by Benja. Pecke and James Stonard, Prerogative Court (Inventories & Accounts) 25 [MdHR 1262 1-11-2-38], pp. 196-197 Daniel Walker, Senr., Inventory, 29 January 1704.

An Account of the estate was recorded 11 Jan 1705[06?] at a balance of 20 L 4 S 9 D by William Walker, Prerogative Court (Inventories & Accounts) 25 [Mdhr 1262 1-11-2-38], pp. 272-274 Daniel Walker, Senr., Account, 11 January 1705. Leave was granted at that time for an additional account.

The Inventory of Daniel Walker, Junr., was recorded after that of his father on page 197, Prerogative Court (Inventories & Accounts) 25 [MdHR 1262 1-11-2-38], pp. 196-197 Daniel Walker, Senr., Inventory, 29 January 1704.

The Account of William Walker, "brother and heir" of Daniel Walker, Junior, was also recorded on 11 Jan 1705[06?], Prerogative Court (Inventories & Accounts) 25 [MdHR 1262 1-11-2-38], pp. 263-264 Danll Walker, Senr. (sic, Junr.), Account, 11 January 1705.

He married Alice unknown (57) (A257), before 1662, in MD. Children:
