    ORVIS, GEORGE, Farmington, m. a. 1652, Eliz. wid. of David Carpenter,
had Samuel, b. May 1653; Hannah, Apr. 1655; Roger, June 1657;
Ebenezer, Feb. 1660; Margaret, June 1661; and Mary, June 1663, wh. all
were bapt. at unkn. times; was freem. 1658, and d. 27 Apr. 1664. His wid. m.
Richard Bronson. Mary m. Feb. 1687, Samuel Scott. ROGER, Farmington,
s. of the preced. was a soldier in Philip's war, under capt. Newberry, and
und. at Hatfield, May 1676. He m. 15 Dec. 1692, Miriam Hannison
(unless I mistake Mr. Porter's MS.) wh. aft. made Handerson, or
Henderson, d. 26 Dec. 1747, had Elizabeth b. 1 Oct. 1693; Ebenezer, 3 Oct.
1695, d. in Feb. foll.; David, 1 Mar. 1697; Bethia, 3 Jan. 1699; Abiah, 2
