Sept. 1751; and he d. 7 Nov. foll. WILLIAM, Roxbury, came in 1637,
as the ch. rec. tells, with w. Annis or Hannah, and ch. Hannah, b. a.
1629; Thomas, a. 1630; John; and William, b. 1636 ; here had
Sarah, was freem. 13 May 1640, and d. 19, was bur. 24 Jan. 1642. His
wid. m. 2 July 1643, John Dane; Hannah m. 12 Dec. 1642, George

Feb. 1667, had William, Dec. foll.; Joseph, 19 Nov. 1669; Samuel, 29
Feb. 1672; and Mary, 18 May 1671. This w. d. 3 Oct. 1676 and he
m. 16 Apr. foll. a Carter, whether maid or wid. is not kn. and d. 5 Mar.
1701, aged 84. WILLIAM, Andover, s. of William the first, b. in Eng.
m. 24 Aug. 1658, Mary, d. of John Dane, of Ipswich, s. of the h. of his
mo. had Mary, b. 1659; William, 31 Jan. 1660; Sarah, 29 Jan. 1662,
wh. d. soon; Thomas, 1663, d. young; John, 1665, d. at 16 yrs.;
Philemon, 21 Aug. 1667, d. soon; Thomas, again, 1668, d. soon; Philemon,

Apr. 1705, Timothy Holt. WILLIAM, Andover, s. of the first
Thomas, m. 21 Apr. 1687, Elinor Phelps, had Elinor, b. 23 Jan. 1688;
perhaps William; and Moses. WILLIAM, Andover, s. of William of the
same, m. 28 Dec. 1682, Sarah Buckmaster, had Josiah, b. 28 Dec.
1683; Philemon, 15 May 1690; Sarah, 13 Mar. 1693; and Zechariah,
1 May 1695. WILLIAM, Newbury, s. of William of the same, m. 29
Nov. 1692, Hannah Huntington, perhaps d. of John of Salisbury, had
John, b. 21 Nov. 1693; Joseph, 19 Oct. 1694; and Mary, 5 Oct. 1696.
Twenty of this name had been, as Farmer saw, gr. at Harv. seven at
