d. 12 Jan. 1689, had Elizabeth b. May 1663, d. soon; a s. 25 Jan. 1665, wh.
d. in few wks. Sarah, 7 Oct. 1667, prob. d. young; Abigail, 24 Apr. 1671,
wh. m. Stephen French; and Josiah, 4 June 1676, d. in few days. He
m. 10 Apr. 1689, Mary, wid. of Samuel Stowell, but prob. had no other
ch. for in his will he ment. only his ch. Stephen and Abigail French, and
gr.ch. Samuel, David, Jonathan, Daniel, Elizabeth Mary and Hannah French,
their ch. and he d. bef. 7 Apr. 1718. NATHANIEL, Hingham, br. of the
preced. b. in Eng. was perhaps at Marshfield 1643, but for short time,
freem. 1650, rep. 1677, 83, 91 and 3, d. 20 Dec. 1708. His will pro. 29
Dec. foll. names s. Nathaniel, eldest s. bapt. Oct. 1648; Martha, bapt.
2 Aug. 1646, wh. had m. 1668, John Chubbuck, w. of Samuel Stodder;
d. Mary Lee of Boston; gr.d. Sarah (d. of Sarah Greenleaf, dec.), gr.s.
Thomas Baker (s. of d. Christiana, wh. was perhaps bapt. 19 Nov. 1654,
m. 1 Nov. 1674, Thomas B. and d. 20 Sept. 1677); gr.s. Solomon Beal
(s. of Nathaniel); d. Hannah, wh. m. 15 Dec. 1676, John Fearing; and
gr.s. Thomas Chubbuck; but he had, also, not ment. in that docum. John,
bapt. 23 Aug. 1650, d. at 5 yrs.; John, again, 8 Mar. 1657, d. soon; John,
again, b. 7 Dec. 1609, d. under 9 yrs.; and Susanna, wh. m. 14 Dec.
1686, Benjamin Jones, wh. prob. d. bef. her f. NATHANIEL, Hingham,
s. of the preced. serv. in brave Capt. Johnson's comp. Dec. 1675, d. bef.
his f. as I judge, leav. s. Solomon. ROBERT, by Morse call. an orig
prop. of Sudbury 1640. ROGER, Saco 1658, perhaps a Quaker,
at least was charg. with disturb. pub. worship. SAMUEL, Charlestown,
by w. Susanna had Dorothy, b. 8 Mar. 1659, and of him no more is
kn. SAMUEL, Salem, m. 28 Mar. 1682, Sarah Lovell (but Lewis, 134,
calls him of Lynn, and s. of Thomas, and names the w. Patience L.), had
Samuel, b. 3 July 1685; and Ebenezer, 30 Jan. 1688; was prob. an early
sett. at Dunstable. THOMAS, Cambridge 1634, freem. 8 Dec. 1636, d.
7 Sept. 1661. Matchless Mitchell, in the reg. of his ch. names his w.
Sarah, but ment. no ch. nor does his will (wherein he calls hims. a. 63
yrs. old), made 24 Aug. preced. THOMAS, Lynn, had Samuel, and William,
as Lewis says, and we wish he had said more. WILLIAM, Plymouth,
came in the Fortune, 1621, has sh. in the div. of ld. early in 1624,
but in 1627, at the div. of cattle is not ment. so must be count. d. or
