He died in Flushing, Queens County, New York, in 1732-3. His widow and child re- moved to Dutchess County, New York, and settled in the Town of Beekman. Child:

43. John Doughty (son of Charles Doughty and Elizabeth Jackson), born in Flushing, Queens County, New York, married Hannah Sleigh. They lived at Jamaica (at Little Plains) Queens County, New York. He died December 31, 1757. His will is re- corded in New York City. His wife survived him. Children:

98 iii. Hannah, b. 1732, m. William Doughty, No. 79 (son of Elias Doughty and Mary Ismond). She d. in 1826, aged 97 years, 8 months.
