Contains a very brief overview of the early generations and a descendancy from Cassandra Tarvin, who married Thomas Parish in 1802. Thus, despite the title, this book is a Parish descendancy.

Compiled by family members, the book contains some sources and photos. It appears to document known descendants, although coverage is uneven from one line to the next. Since the sources used include items such as obits, there are errors in some lines. However, the book is a useful resource for Parish researchers.
