Catalog description: Thomas Olcott immigrated from England to Newtown (now Cambridge), Massachusetts, probably during or before 1635. He moved to Hartford, Connecticut, and died there in 1654 at about age 45, leaving a widow, three sons and two daughters. Descendants listed, chiefly descendants of his sons, lived in Connecticut, New York, Ohio, and elsewhere.
