Usage Tips

The Washington State Digital Archives offers a database containing indexed records and images from the marriage certificates (1889–1998) and marriage returns (1891–1910). The original records are housed at the Washington State Archives, Southwest Region Branch, and are open for research.

In 2004, the Genealogical Society of Utah filmed the original records spanning 1891–1950. They may be ordered through the nearest Family History Center.
