Page is not titled or placed correctly [10 September 2024]

Clearly this place is a special case and difficult to place in the WR Place page hierarchy. I don't think that it has been titled and placed correctly as is, based on the 1900 rule that we are asked to follow. If you have a special interest in this place, please dig into the history and present-day locations to place the cities and towns into their proper location in the Place namespace.
