I've added this region to Russia in the years 1814-1919 in order to reflect the fact that towns within it were part of Russia during these years. I don't know what the Russians called the region at that time (I imagine they had completely different administrative districts), so this may not be the best solution. If I can ever track down a proper map, I will try to do it right. --Ahitzeman 12:38, 6 May 2008 (EDT)
