Urfa Ili is a province.

By the process of elimination and for other reasons, I think (but I'm not yet positive) that this is the same as the Şanlıurfa Province at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Provinces_of_Turkey (#63 in the list). Text copied from Wikipedia = "Şanlıurfa ([Kurdish]: Riha, [Arabic]: ar-Rûha) is a province in Southeast Anatolia, Turkey. The city of Şanlıurfa is the capital of the province which bears its name. The population is 1,700,352 (2006 est)."

Southeastern Anatolia is Güneydoğu Anadolu. The "Ili" in the title should come out.--Dquass 22:38, 31 October 2007 (EDT)
