Tregaron Rural District existed in Cardiganshire, Wales from 1894 until 1974. It was an inland district bordered on the north and northwest by Aberystwyth Rural District, on the west by Aberaeron Rural District, on the southwest by Lampeter Rural District (later by Aberaeron Rural District) and on the southeast and east by Carmarthenshire.
