Philiphaugh is a settlement and estate in the parish of Selkirk in the former Selkirkshire in Scotland. It is located to the north of the confluence of the Yarrow and Ettrick waters, 2 miles (3 km) west of the town of Selkirk.

To the east is the site of the Battle of Philiphaugh, scene of the defeat of James Graham, the Marquis of Montrose, by the Covenanting General David Leslie on 13th September 1645.

This area is now part of the unitary authority called the Scottish Borders.
