Excerpt from this site:"What has been recorded here is burials up to and including the year 1900. Many of these people are recorded as having died before this cemetery was established in 1889. We must assume that they were moved in from other cemeteries after the Park was established. If the record shows the place of birth I put it in. But keep in mind most gravestones do not tell the place of birth."
