Marylebone Registration District covered the parish of St. Marylebone while the area was still in Middlesex (until 1889). The "St." was added to the name of the registration district in 1902. The parish was located immediately to the north of Westminster (and northwest of the City of London.

Abolished 1.1.1902 and replaced by St. Marylebone Registration District.
