Llanilid (Welsh: the same) is a small settlement of in the County Borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. Llanilid is part of the community (or civil parish) of Llanharan along with the villages of Bryncae, Brynna, Ynysmaerdy, Peterston super Montem and Llanharan itself. Before 1974 Llanilid and Peterston super Montem were separate parishes in the county of Glamorgan, Wales. None of the three smaller villages mentioned above were in Llanilid.
