Little Stukeley has been since 1974 a village in Cambridgeshire, England. It lies approximately 3 miles (5 km) northwest of Huntingdon and is in the civil parish of The Stukeleys. Little Stukeley is situated within the Huntingdonshire District which is a non-metropolitan district of Cambridgeshire. The same area was a separate historic county of England until 1965.

The following description from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1870-72 is provided by the website A Vision of Britain Through Time (University of Portsmouth Department of Geography).

"STUKELEY (Little), a parish, with a compact village, in the [registration] district [of Huntingdon] and county of Huntingdon[shire]; 3 miles NNW of Huntingdon [railway] station. It has a post-office under Huntingdon. Acres: 1,500. Real property: £2,348. Population: 385. Houses: 90. The manor belongs to the Duke of Manchester. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Ely. Value: £400. Patron: the Duke of Manchester. The church is good. There are two free schools, and charities £25."

In 1935 Little Stukeley, along with Great Stukeley, was abolished and the area was merged into one civil parish named The Stukeleys. The population of the current parish, The Stukeleys, was 1,340 at the UK Census of 2011.
