Lexham is a civil parish consisting of the twin villages of East Lexham and West Lexham situated in the Breckland District of Norfolk. It covers an area of 9.73 km2 (3.76 sq mi) with a population of 157 at the 2001 census (no details for the 2011 census). The Lexham villages are just over a mile apart and lie 6.5 miles (10.5 km) north of Swaffham and 18 miles (29 km) by road east from King's Lynn.

It is served by the churches of St. Nicholas in West Lexham and St. Andrew in East Lexham. Both churches have round towers with St. Andrew reputed to be the oldest in the country.
