Leominster Rural District is located in the northern part of Herefordshire, England near the border with the counties of Shropshire and Worcestershire. In 1931 it merged with Wigmore Rural District to form Leominster and Wigmore Rural District. The town of Leominster was a municipal borough with a separate local administration.
