Keynsham Rural District was a rural district located in the northern part of Somerset, England from 1894 to 1933. It was created in 1894 under the Local Government Act 1894 to provide a suitable administration for a number of civil parishes within its boundaries. Considered to be too small an area it was abolished in 1933 and replaced by Bathavon Rural District which also included Bath Rural District.

The northern boundary of the rural district is the River Avon which separates Somerset from Gloucestershire. The parish of Keynsham (#6) became an urban district in 1933.
