Horningtoft is a village and civil parish in Norfolk, England. It covers an area of 5.73 km2 (2.21 sq mi) and had a population of 135 in 54 households at the 2001 UK census, reducing to a population of 127 in 53 households at the 2011 UK census. For the purposes of local government, it falls within the District of Breckland.

The village is approximately 5 miles north of the town of East Dereham and is close to the villages of Whissonsett and Brisley.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Horningtoft from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1871-72:

"HORNINGTOFT, a parish in Mitford [registration] district, Norfolk; 3 miles NW of Elmham [railway] station, and 5 miles S of Fakenham. Post town: Litcham, under Swaffham. Acres: 1,405. Real property: £2,389. Population: 248. Houses: 59. The property is much subdivided. The manor belongs to Mrs. Talbot. The living is a rectory, annexed to the rectory of Whissonsett, in the diocese of Norwich. The church is ancient but good; and the tower of it fell in 1796."
