Hagestein is a hamlet (dorp) in Utrecht, Netherlands. It was a municipality (gemeente) in Zuid-Holland, Netherlands from 1 Jan 1818 to 1 Jan 1986, at which point it was merged with Everdingen into Vianen. In 2002 Vianen was added to the province of Utrecht.
