Frinton and Walton was an urban district established in 1934 from the earlier urban districts of Frinton-on-Sea and Walton-on-the-Naze. Since 1974 it has been located in the Tendring District in the southeastern part of Essex, England where it is now considered a "parish".

The parish had a population of 19,039 according to the 2001 census. It consists of the towns of Frinton-on-Sea and Walton-on-the-Naze, together with the villages of Kirby le Soken, Great Holland and Kirby Cross.
