One may be able to receive a photo of a grave marker by doing the following:

Call 800-204-3131 and ask for the Glendale or Holly Wood Hills records department. Give them the information you have and they will give you the location of the grave. Then call the same toll free number after you obtain the information and ask for the maintenance department. Tell them you would like a picture of the grave, and give them your email address. The cemetery office charges $25 per grave photo.
