Coverham with Agglethorpe (#11 on map) is now a civil parish in the Richmondshire District of North Yorkshire, England. It includes the village of Coverham and the hamlet of Agglethorpe.

Prior to the nationwide municipal reorganization of 1974, Coverham with Agglethorpe was a civil parish within Leyburn Rural District. Historically, the ecclesiastical parish was named Coverham and was in the Hang West Wapentake.

The parish became the centre of a large parish in the Honour of Richmond in the North Riding of Yorkshire, which included besides the township of Coverham with Agglethorpe, the parishes of Caldbergh with East Scrafton (#5 on map), Carlton Highdale (#6), Carlton Town (#7), Melmerby (#22) and West Scrafton (#32). All these townships became separate civil parishes in 1866.
