Corsock was most recently a village in the parish of Parton, in Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland, but at one time it was an independent parish. A small graveyard still remains. It lies to the west of the Urr Water, 8 miles (13 km) east of New Galloway. Corsock Loch lies to the southwest of the village.
This area is now part of the unitary authority called the Dumfries & Galloway Council Area.
