Clarkston is a suburb of Greater Glasgow in East Renfrewshire, Scotland. Although it is administratively outside nearby Glasgow, Clarkston is geographically an outer suburb of the city and part of the Greater Glasgow conurbation.

It is a small, affluent area; the population was under 5,000 in 2001 (the last census available).
