Bulmer is a village and civil parish in the Ryedale district of North Yorkshire, England. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 174, increasing to 202 at the census 2011. The village is about south-west of Malton. Prior to the nationwide municipal reorganization of 1974, Bulmer was part of Malton Rural District.
