Brockdish is a village and civil parish in the South Norfolk District of Norfolk, England. It is 3.53 square miles (910 ha) in area. According to the 2001 UK census the parish had a population of 605 in 265 households, with the population increasing to 681 at the 2011 UK census. The village is situated on the River Waveney (which is the Norfolk-Suffolk border), and about 3 miles (5 km) southwest of Redenhall with Harleston.

The church is ancient, and has a tower. There are a Wesleyan chapel, and charities £17. Blomefield, the county historian, was rector."

The files are separated by type and broken down into time periods (i.e., "Baptism, Marriages, and Burials, 1535-1812" is more than one file). The general explanatory notes are worth reading for those unfamiliar with English parish records.
