Bilton in Ainsty with Bickerton is a civil parish since 1974 in the Harrogate District of North Yorkshire, England. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 512, reducing to 463 at the 2011 Census.

The parish contains the villages of Bilton in Ainsty and Bickerton, which are about three miles east of Wetherby in West Yorkshire.

Historically, Bilton (of Bilton in Ainsty with Bickerton) was an ecclesiastical parish in Ainsty Wapentake. Bilton and Bickerton were each made civil parishes in 1866. From 1894 until 1937, the individual civil parish of Bilton in Ainsty and Bickerton were located in Wetherby Rural District, and in 1937 the parishes were merged to become Bilton in Ainsty with Bickerton. In 1974 the area became part of the Harrogate District of North Yorkshire.
