Bay Village is a city located west of Cleveland in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. The population was 16,163 at the 2020 census. Bay Village is located in Ohio's 9th congressional district.

In the summer of 1901, the northern part of Dover Towship broke away and soon formed the village of Bay; in 1950 the name was changed to Bay Village.
