Questioning these dates [17 January 2012]

I found the grave for which these dates relate to. On his tombstone his name is spelled "Blane". This Blane died April 6, 1807 and did serve in the Revolutionary War and died at the age of 59 years but how can you be sure this is the Thomas Blain(e) that was married to Sarah Wilson? I am assuming that James Blain(e) was the brother of Thomas and both are sons of Robert Blain(e)?--Sheryl K. 10:05, 17 January 2012 (EST)
