Born after mother was 50 [25 March 2022]

Hi

The dates estimated for Simeon's birth and his mother's birth put her age at about 55 when he was born. This is not credible. Was he a member of this family? Please see if you can find better information and either update one or both birth years or remove him from this family if there is no evidence for him being in this family. Hi, thanks for your note. This family is very much a work-in-progress for me at the moment. There are about 10 people who are thought to possibly be children of Henry and Ann according to a published book and research published by Ancestry.com professional genealogists on Barack Obama's links to the Bunch family. No will has been found for Henry so I'm working through trying to firm up dates for all these people and find original sources. Most of the work I'm doing on the FamilySearch website since they have original images but I'm also using this page to work through records: https://www.werelate.org/wiki/Early_Bunch_family_records The main reason for all this is to try to figure out why my Bunch line, who are descended from Simeon's "brother" Zachariah Bunch, don't match the yDNA of other Bunch families. So I suspect at least Zachariah was not a son of Henry and Ann, but while I work through the evidence it's helpful to have them all linked together.--jocelyn_K_B 10:01, 25 March 2022 (UTC)
