This is actually "Rizpah Mae Babington". Rizpah was born 3/17/1903. She married Willard F Holmes (1902 - 12/20/1956) before 1938. Neither her obit (obit at Hagerstown Daily Mail, 12/20/1972 edition) or that of her husband (obit at Hagerstown Morning Herald, 12/21/1956 edition) mentions any children except a foster son, W Wayne Byrd. Rizpah died 12/19/1972 in Boonsboro, MD.

Yes, Amanda V Babington was the daughter of Frank Babington and Margaret Shuff was Rizpah Mae's sister. Her 2 brothers were Bennie S Babington and Frank "Burbe" Babington.

OK Jim, Well in that case, I need more information on Amanda. All I have on her is a birth date of abt. 1891 and nothing else.

Amanda was born c Mar 1892 and died on 23 Oct 1930 in her home at Beaver Creek, MD. Although she was the first of her brothers & sisters to die, she was certainly the most prolific. Her obit (Hagerstown Morning Herald - 10/24/1930 edition), lists all of her 8 children (Donald B, David O "Olin", Zella B, Harold B, Phyllis C, Russell H, Robert Leon, and the youngest Willard "Wayne" Byrd. ) Amanda married David Isaiah Byrd about 1913.
