I would like to ask how someone can confirm his WW1 draft
registration as dated 1918? The family history does not
have him leaving West Virginia until after the Mine Wars
of the early 20's. Is the Orval Plants with a WWI registration
dated 1918 in Washington State the same Orval Plants born,
raised and living in WV until the Mine Wars of the early
1920's the same man???
