Speculation re: Oliver son of Thomas and Mary (Jones) Jones [15 August 2013]

Jerry Gross wondered whether this was the same person as Oliver Jones, son of Thomas and Mary (Jones) Jones. I have indicated that they are not a match (nomerge template added to Oliver Jones), due to the gap in ages. However, I could be proved wrong. It is not impossible (although I assume unlikely) that:

Oliver, son of Thomas and Mary (Jones) Jones was born as late as 1788, and the source was wrong about him dying young

Dr. Oliver Livington Jones was born as early as 1788 and his wife was born as early as 1835 (resulting in a 47-year age gap between them)--DataAnalyst 22:20, 14 August 2013 (EDT)
