burial [5 November 2014]

I removed burial in "Quaker Cemetery, Orchard Park, Erie Co., NY" which seems at odds with death in Uxbridge. Sources would be needed.

Also removed text <blocktext>According to the Sprague Centennial booklet, and handwritten notes by Phil Sprague in that booklet, Obadiah Wheeler was originally from Smithfield, RI (but the handwritten notes say he was b. in Bolton, Mass., citing "V. Rec., 90") [his *wife* was from Smithfield], and that he and his wife Ann were Quakers. The handwritten notes indicate that Obadiah was a Rev. War soldier, entering the service in March of 1780 in Vermont (p. 153 in Vermont Rev. Rolls). Also there, on p. 472, he's found on Jan. 11, 1782, under Capt. Williams.

1790 census - in Rutland Co., Rutland Twp, VT: Obadiah Wheler 1 - -

He was in Chittendon, Rutland Co., VT at the time of the 1800 census, along with Nathaniel and others: Wheeler, Obadiah 00010-20110
Wheeler, Nathaniel 00001/00001
Wheeler, Otis 20010-10100</blocktext>

On the grounds that a Quaker is not likely to serve as a soldier, and the reference to Nathaniel and Otis Wheeler is unexplained, and unrecognized since he had no siblings or children by those names, and insufficient to assume this is him versus some other Obadiah Wheeler. --Jrich 22:20, 5 November 2014 (UTC)
