Nancy Morrow's maiden name [28 October 2013]

Martin Alexander Morrow's death certificate gives his mother's maiden name as Finley. Martin was Hugh and Nancy Morrow's son. Nancy Finley's parents were John and Nancy Ann Finley from Ireland. John died abt 1804 in NC. Nancy Ann came to TN with the rest of the Morrow family. She died in Warren County TN in 1844. Her son Alexander, Nancy Finley Morrow's brother, named a child with the middle name of Morrow. Hugh married Nancy in TN in 1806. Wanda Gant, noted TN researcher and Morrow descendant, states there were no Blounts in TN at that time. Blounts owned land in TN but did not live there.--Nbauder 20:41, 28 October 2013 (UTC)
