Will [29 November 2008]

Removed the following comment from the main page: "His will (dated Mar. 17, 1645; codicil May 29, 1646; proved June 8,1646) includes the names of four brothers and sisters, and 12 nephews and nieces."

Doubtful that Michael Spencer lived to be 114 years old. Neither Spencer or Jacobus give a date for Michael's death. This will is actually that of Richard Spencer, son of Michael. --Ronni 20:19, 29 November 2008 (EST)
