Family:Robert Martin and Marguerite Landry (2) is being removed as alternate parents. No evidence is offered for this family being parents of Marguerite.

Source:English supplement to the Dictionnaire généalogique des familles acadiennes pg 243 (Martin family) states that Robert was English, not French[S.A. White]. And also states that "nothing would show that he is the brother of Pierre who married Catherine Vigneau or the father of Barnebe who married Jeanne Pelletret, as several authors have alleged." (P.
