Could be Lottie Meyer? [6 April 2013]

Both postcards are clearly addressed to Lettice, not Lottie. I suspect she was addressed by her third name to avoid confusion with her mother.

In 1901 Clara Louisa Lettice Meyer lived at 12 Miles Rd., Clifton as per the address on the postcards whereas Charlotte lived in Bedminster, both today suburbs of Bristol, Clifton to the west and Bedminster to the south.
