Jim, Would you take a look at Person:Thomas Langdon (2) and then compare his son Person:Joseph Langdon (18) to your Person:Joseph Langdon (15). Based on the location of Thomas, the father, I think it is probable that the two Josephs may be a match but I don't know if there is enough information to confirm a match. Hi Janie, certainly looks like a probable match to me, especially when you take into account Joseph's eldest son being named Thomas. Go ahead and merge if you concur. Also, there were certainly many families that migrated from New York into the Augusta/Frederick County area during that same time period, so migration patterns also appear to fit.
