Land Records [1 August 2014]

For thoroughness, adding land records here. As usual, a lot of tedious work with little genealogical value. Land Records of Hillsborough County do not appear to be online. In 1740, King George adjusted the border, effectively taking area that had been Massachusetts and making it New Hampshire, including much of Dunstable where Jonathan Powers lived.
